Our full design service consultation fee is $100.00
The consultation includes up to four one-hour meetings right up until your wedding day, a visit to your venue, and a detailed design proposal including a floor plan, colour palette and mood board.
In order for us to change your date on our calendar from graphite to ink, a 50% deposit is required at the end of the second meeting. This deposit allows us to commit to you our time as well as allows you to take home all of the images, quotes, and ideas we have prepared for you. A deposit can be made at a later time, but until then we cannot ensure date availability, and we also have to keep your original design with us.
Now that’s a big question! The short answer is that there is considerable variance in wedding flower pricing. But we suggest that you allow 10-15% of your total wedding day budget for flowers. If you want your flowers to represent a significant component of your wedding day décor, then we recommend you make it 25-30% of your budget.
No, we only offer wedding design and styling. It’s what we love, and what we do best.

While we love to meet you in person, we’re quite happy to have an initial consultation by Zoom, our virtual meeting platform. We know you don’t have time for lots of one-to-one meetings, so we manage all of our wedding design communications online.
We offer personalised wedding flower packages only. You are unique, so you deserve flowers that are special to you.
Yes, we’re afraid so – variable weather conditions and Mother Nature both impact the availability of some of the more sensitive seasonal flowers. However, if we can’t get your dream flower, rest assured we will have other wonderful options for you that reflect your chosen colours and style.
To be on the safe side, we suggest you start talking to us a minimum of 6-12 months before your planned wedding date (around the time you are locking down your venue). But if you’re keen to celebrate sooner (everyone loves a whirlwind romance!), we can often work within a shorter timeframe.
A little time spent looking at wedding designs (and saving photos you like to Pinterest) before we meet will be a great help. This will help us focus on your style likes and dislikes, and make sure we are on the same page.
Our design team is based in Flatbush, Auckland. We coordinate event design and production for couples getting married across Auckland, excepting Waiheke Island.
